- • A Context Engineer at PostHog Inc. bridges technical content and AI engineering to make technologies explainable to both humans and AI agents, playing a key role in building self-driving AI products and maintaining knowledge bases.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include working on the AI Wizard agent, building custom agents and context pipelines, maintaining developer documentation using docs-as-code, creating technical content across multiple mediums (docs, example apps, videos), and collaborating with teams to enable them to build on PostHog’s systems.

🎯 Requirements
- • Software development experience (formal or informal) with the ability to write production code
- • Proficiency working with LLMs, coding agents, MCPs, and modern AI engineering tools
- • A portfolio demonstrating technical content creation (e.g., personal website, GitHub, YouTube)
- • Excellent writing and communication skills for explaining complex systems clearly
- • Experience creating educational content for developers
- • An opinionated perspective on what constitutes effective documentation for both humans and AI
