📋 Description

• A fast-growing Berlin-based B2B performance marketing agency is looking for a creative, self-driven Werkstudent Content & Brand (m/w/d) to own its entire brand presence from the ground up.
• This is a real ownership role — not an assistant position.
• You'll shape how the company shows up across LinkedIn, video, design, and every sales and marketing touchpoint that matters.
• You'll work 16–20 hours per week on a Werkstudent basis, ideally for 12+ months, on-site in Berlin (Mitte).
• You'll write compelling LinkedIn content for company founders and the company account — hooks, storylines, carousels — calibrated to the tone a B2B niche actually responds to.
• You'll produce image and video content end-to-end: concept, shoot, edit, design.
• You'll own brand consistency across all channels: website, pitch decks, sales materials, and templates — everything should feel cohesive.
• You'll build and maintain a content calendar and keep publishing cadence consistent — shipping beats perfecting.
• You'll track performance data, identify winning formats, and scale what resonates.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled student with 16–20 hours/week available, ideally for 12+ months.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent) — concept to final delivery.
• Proficiency in design/graphics tools (Figma, Canva, or equivalent) for visual assets, pitch decks, and sales materials.
• Demonstrated experience producing LinkedIn content (posts, carousels, hooks) with an understanding of what performs on the platform.
