• As a Contract Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate at Firework Technologies, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our financial operations and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding payments. • You will be instrumental in analyzing weekly AR reports, identifying trends, and proactively determining the priority and most effective methods for customer outreach. This involves a deep dive into aging reports, identifying potential issues, and strategizing collection efforts to minimize outstanding balances.
• A key responsibility will be to collaborate closely with internal teams, including Billing, Contracts, and other Operations departments. This cross-functional communication is essential for resolving customer concerns, clarifying invoice discrepancies, and ensuring a smooth payment process.
