- • The Contract Associate supports the execution and administration of contractual agreements across Clario’s global operations, ensuring compliance with contracting standards and internal policies while enabling efficient contract execution for clinical trials, diagnostics, and medical decision-making platforms.
- • Day to day, the role involves creating, reviewing, and negotiating contractual documents such as NDAs, WOs, SUAs, and LOIs; managing contract cases in Salesforce; tracking escalations to SMEs; monitoring the contracts team mailbox; maintaining organized file structures; managing electronic signatures; and assisting with audits by providing contract documentation.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- • 0–2 years of experience in commercial contracting, legal operations, or a related field.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word.
- • Experience with Salesforce or similar contract management tools is preferred.
- • Ability to work remotely from the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.
