- • This is a part-time, 6-month contract Customer Success Manager role based remotely in the UK or Ireland, supporting Customer.io’s growing EMEA customer base during a period of rapid scale.
- • Day to day, you will triage and respond to customer tickets via email and Zoom, diagnose root causes using API docs, conditional-logic workflows, and Liquid templates, identify complex issues for escalation, advise on Customer.io strategy and best practices, and facilitate onboarding calls and support sessions as needed.
- • You’ll join a smart, supportive, and growth-minded Customer Success team that values empathy, transparency, and responsibility, working alongside the Americas Scaled CS team to deliver world-class service in a digital-led SaaS environment.
- • In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience managing high-volume customer requests, deepen your technical troubleshooting skills in marketing automation platforms, and build expertise in customer advocacy and scalable support processes—positioning you for long-term growth in Customer Success or Technical Account Management.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or technical support in SaaS, with readiness to transition into a CS role
- • Comfortable communicating with customers via email and video calls (Zoom)
- • Ability to read API docs, build logic flows, and troubleshoot integrations by diagnosing root causes
- • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Customer.io, Marketo, Braze, Iterable, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo
- • Experience supporting customers at scale, managing a high-volume book of business (e.g., ~1,500 customers)
