- • Own full-cycle recruiting for Socure’s Go-to-Market (GTM) organization—sales, marketing, customer success, revenue operations, and partnerships—during one of the most critical growth phases in our company’s history. You will run 15-25 concurrent searches at any given time, guiding each req from kickoff to close while maintaining an average 35-day time-to-fill and 90%+ offer-accept rate.
- • Partner deeply with VPs and Directors across GTM to translate aggressive revenue targets into precise talent strategies. You will sit in quarterly planning sessions, translate headcount plans into sourcing playbooks, and present weekly pipeline health dashboards that influence real-time business decisions.
- • Source and engage passive, high-caliber talent through creative outbound (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Gem sequences), community events, and targeted referral campaigns. You will build evergreen talent pools for Enterprise AE, Solutions Engineering, Demand Generation, and RevOps roles so hiring managers can interview within 72 hours of opening a new requisition.
- • Deliver a white-glove, data-driven candidate experience that mirrors Socure’s brand promise of trust and innovation. You will design interview loops that test consultative selling ability, fraud-domain curiosity, and cultural add; train interviewers on structured rubrics; and ensure every candidate leaves with actionable feedback within 48 hours.
- • Maintain impeccable ATS hygiene in Ashby (or similar): real-time stage tracking, clean disposition codes, EEOC compliance, and weekly funnel analytics that feed into company OKRs. You will automate reporting so leadership can see pipeline diversity, conversion rates, and forecasted start dates at a glance.
- • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by embedding DEI sourcing goals into every search, partnering with external communities (e.g., Women in Revenue, AfroTech, Latinas in Tech), and auditing job descriptions for inclusive language. You will track DEI funnel metrics and present quarterly progress to the executive team.
- • Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects that raise the recruiting bar globally—employer-brand content shoots, referral-program redesign, interviewer certification bootcamps, and onboarding playbooks. Your work will directly influence Socure’s ability to scale from 700 to 1,000 employees within 18 months.
- • Stay ahead of market trends—compensation benchmarks, competitor layoff intelligence, new sourcing tools—and feed insights back to leadership so Socure remains the employer of choice for top GTM talent.
- • Operate with a founder’s mindset: iterate quickly, challenge the status quo, and celebrate wins loudly. This contract role offers the rare opportunity to convert to full-time after demonstrating measurable impact in just 3–6 months.
