- • The Contract Negotiation Lead – Radiology Networks role is central to Scan.com’s network expansion and partnership strategy, responsible for building and maintaining radiology provider partnerships that power the company’s nationwide diagnostic platform.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading contract negotiations with radiology groups and imaging providers nationwide, serving as the primary relationship owner for contracted partners, conducting business reviews, analyzing performance metrics, drafting agreements, managing multiple negotiations simultaneously, and collaborating cross-functionally with operations, clinical, and finance teams to ensure partnership success and network stability.
- • Scan.com is a digital health scale-up making diagnostics accessible, fast, and transparent through technology-driven B2C and B2B platforms, backed by over $100m in VC funding, profitability, and over 100% YoY growth, with a mission to improve healthcare outcomes for hundreds of patients daily.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare contract negotiation, build a repeatable data-driven negotiation framework, expand the radiology network footprint by at least 20% in the first year, gain ownership of strategic partner relationships, and sharpen your ability to make autonomous, high-impact decisions in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
