- • As a Contract People Business Partner at ServiceTitan, you will serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, driving scalable people solutions that align with business objectives and support the growth of G&A teams in a fast-paced environment.
- • Day to day, you will coach and advise leaders on performance management, employee relations, team dynamics, rewards and recognition, and workforce planning, while partnering with recruiting to forecast headcount needs and ensure the right talent is hired.
- • You will join a dynamic People Operations team focused on building best-in-class employee experiences, where collaboration, mutual accountability, and high-quality execution are modeled and inspired across the organization.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in organizational effectiveness, talent optimization, and HR program ROI, gaining exposure to end-to-end employee lifecycle initiatives and influencing people strategies that drive organizational value.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of HR business experience, with at least 4+ years as a strategic HR business partner in a fast-paced, scaling environment
- • Well-rounded experience across HR disciplines including employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and talent development
- • Proven ability to coach and influence leaders and employees at all levels
- • Strong business acumen and curiosity to connect people initiatives with business outcomes using sound judgment
- • Comfort navigating complex, ambiguous situations in a rapidly evolving organizational context
