- • As a Contract Performance Manager at GE Aerospace, you will own overall contract performance to drive profitability through total cost of ownership, including safety, quality, on-time delivery, unit price, and supplier relationship management.
- • You will lead operational rhythms with internal and external stakeholders, manage pre- and post-contractual administration, oversee terms and conditions, and handle claims to ensure mutually successful outcomes.
- • You will be part of the Airfoils Castings Commodity team, responsible for highly complex supplier contracts, with autonomy within your supply base and cross-functional leadership to maximize contract productivity and performance.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in contract negotiation, supplier performance management, and cross-functional problem solving, while contributing to the production of advanced jet engines and systems that power commercial and military aircraft worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Commercial Operations, Sourcing/Procurement, Supplier Relationship Management, Sales, Supply Chain, or Contract Management)
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sourcing/Procurement, Supplier Relationship Management, Sales, Supply Chain, or Contract Management
- • Demonstrated experience in negotiating large, complex deals and drafting, negotiating, and closing contracts including business and legal terms
