- • The Project Manager (PM) at Centific Global Technologies Pte. Ltd. is responsible for overseeing project changes and updates, acting as the key point of contact between Project Associates/Project Coordinators (PAs/PCs) and Senior Project Managers (SPMs) or project developers. This role ensures projects stay on track by making critical decisions around resource allocation, process steps, and issue resolution to drive project success.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing daily production reports, verifying and submitting timekeeping records, approving PA/PC hours, maintaining and updating Lean documentation, creating and delivering project-specific training for PCs, meeting with developers for project updates, addressing project-level issues, coordinating with other PCs, PMs, and SPMs for duty coverage, responding promptly to ambiguities or changes from SPMs, identifying and communicating process improvements or waste, completing End-of-Day (EOD) reporting for shift handoffs, and consistently meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs tied to the assigned project’s process flow.

🎯 Requirements
- • College/University degree
- • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- • Leadership qualities including the ability to give/take feedback, recognize when to delegate, and act with confidence
- • Detail-oriented problem-solving mindset
- • Organized and focused enough to work independently as a role player within a team environment
- • Willingness to work overtime if necessary
