- • The Contract Renewals Manager, Upmarket - Dutch Speaking role at HubSpot is a critical position designed to ensure the seamless execution of customer contract renewals and maximize customer investment in HubSpot’s platform. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong customer relationships, driving retention, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth by ensuring customers derive ongoing value from their subscriptions. As a key liaison between customers and internal teams, this role directly impacts customer satisfaction and HubSpot’s long-term success.
- • On a day-to-day basis, the Contract Renewals Manager will:
- • Own the end-to-end contract renewal process for assigned customer accounts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a positive customer experience. This includes managing contract negotiations, amendments, and renewals to align with customer needs and business objectives.
- • Collaborate closely with sales representatives, customer success managers, and leadership to execute renewals, address customer inquiries, and resolve any contractual issues. This involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information, align on renewal terms, and ensure all parties are informed and aligned.
- • Engage with customers proactively via phone calls (both scheduled and ad hoc) to discuss contract terms, address concerns, and ensure they are maximizing the value of their HubSpot investment. The role requires a target of 42 customer calls per month, demonstrating a high level of customer interaction and relationship management.
- • Lead forecasting discussions and pipeline reviews with internal stakeholders to provide insights into renewal trends, potential risks, and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. This includes analyzing customer data, identifying patterns, and making data-driven recommendations to improve renewal rates.
- • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with customers, fostering trust and transparency. This involves understanding customer goals, addressing their pain points, and ensuring their experience with HubSpot remains positive throughout the contract lifecycle.
- • Contribute to the growth and improvement of the renewal management organization by providing feedback, testing new processes, and piloting playbooks. This role offers the opportunity to shape best practices and influence the broader team’s approach to contract renewals.
