  • • Your primary responsibility will involve the meticulous review of all agreements before they are submitted for approval and execution. This includes a thorough examination to identify any inaccuracies, omissions, or potential compliance issues, ensuring that all contracts align with PointClickCare's policies and the standards set forth by our Legal Department.
  • • A significant part of your role will be dedicated to the precise entry, maintenance, and tracking of contractual data within our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. This requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure our systems reflect the most up-to-date and correct information.
  • • You will be instrumental in supporting the validation of contractual terms, generating reports, and conducting structured analysis of these terms across our existing agreement portfolio. This analytical work will provide valuable insights into our contractual landscape, helping to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • • The Contracts Analyst is key to maintaining the overall data integrity of our contract repository. By ensuring that all information is accurate and consistently updated, you will enhance the visibility into our contractual obligations, making it easier for stakeholders across the organization to understand and manage their commitments.

  • • Intellectual curiosity is highly valued in this role. You should be eager to learn about different types of contracts, understand their business context, and proactively seek out information that can improve your understanding and performance.
  • • The ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities effectively is essential. You will be expected to organize your workload, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
  • • This position offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of contract management within a leading health tech company. You will contribute directly to the operational efficiency and legal compliance of PointClickCare, playing a vital part in our mission to help providers deliver exceptional care.

For hybrid roles, residing within commutable distance to the Mississauga office is a requirement, with expectations for regular in-office presence for team events.
  • • You will be empowered to harness AI as a catalyst for creativity and productivity, integrating AI tools into daily workflows to enhance collaboration and improve outcomes, maximizing your impact within the organization.
