- • Enovis Corporation, a dynamic and innovation-driven medical technology growth company, is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Contracts and Pricing Analyst to join our remote team. This role is pivotal in shaping our pricing strategies and ensuring competitive market positioning, directly contributing to our mission of delivering measurably better patient outcomes and transforming workflows. As a Contracts and Pricing Analyst, you will be instrumental in developing, evaluating, and implementing sophisticated pricing models that respond to current business needs and evolving competitive market dynamics. Your expertise will ensure our pricing structures are not only competitive but also strategically aligned with our product and sales objectives, while adhering to stringent revenue recognition requirements.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Finance. This partnership is crucial for effectively positioning our extensive product portfolio and establishing pricing programs that resonate with market demands and support our overall business strategy. Your insights will help guide decisions that impact revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
- • A key responsibility will be to partner with Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) pricing coordinators. This involves actively participating in discussions regarding new RFP requirements, meticulously analyzing pricing, terms, and conditions. You will be tasked with navigating complex datasets and required files to extract critical details on existing price points and Average Selling Prices (ASP). This analysis will enable you to accurately assess the impact of new pricing structures mandated by GPOs, ensuring compliance and maximizing profitability.
- • You will be responsible for developing and communicating insightful monthly analytics dashboards. These dashboards will serve as a vital tool for tracking and understanding individual GPO or regional ASP movements and sales trends. By presenting this data clearly and concisely, you will empower pricing coordinators and management with the information needed to make informed strategic decisions. This proactive approach to data dissemination will highlight opportunities for optimization and potential risks.
- • To ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization, you will coordinate with other Contracts and Pricing team analysts. This collaboration will focus on standardizing ASP calculations, refining data analysis methodologies, and enhancing the creation and presentation of dashboards. Your contribution to standardization efforts will foster a more cohesive and data-driven approach to pricing management throughout Enovis.
- • The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, addressing routine issues with a focus on established policies and procedures while demonstrating the ability to handle complexity within defined scopes. You will also be expected to perform other duties as assigned by the Contracts Pricing team or your manager, showcasing flexibility and a willingness to contribute to broader team objectives.
- • This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance. You will be part of a company that values continuous improvement, global talent, and innovation, contributing to a culture that fuels active lifestyles in orthopedics and beyond. Your work will directly support Enovis's commitment to providing clinically differentiated solutions that make a tangible difference in people's lives.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team, with excellent communication skills to articulate findings and recommendations to various stakeholders. This role is essential for maintaining our competitive edge and driving financial success in the medical technology sector.
