Contracts Manager

📋 Description

• • The Contracts Manager at CareAccess Inc. plays a critical role in supporting the organization’s mission to expand access to health research and services by managing the full lifecycle of contracts that enable research operations, vendor partnerships, and clinical initiatives.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts such as confidentiality agreements, vendor services, clinical trial agreements, leases, and event contracts with minimal supervision; ensuring timely execution in compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies; serving as the primary point of contact for contract inquiries from Legal, Finance, and Business Development teams; developing and updating contract templates, playbooks, and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce risk; evaluating and mitigating legal and business risks in contract terms; maintaining a centralized contract repository for proper tracking and accessibility; training internal stakeholders on contract processes; and assisting with special projects as assigned by legal leadership.
