- • Execute full life cycle contract management for CPFF, FFP, T&M government and commercial contracts.
- • Support preparation and management of proposal development for government and commercial contracts.
- • Conduct contract review, acceptance, and compliance verification in accordance with FAR and DFARS regulations.
- • Maintain comprehensive audit files for each contract, including original agreements, correspondence, modifications, amendments, payment schedules, and deliverables.
- • Prepare and deliver contract summaries and briefings to program managers and executive leadership throughout contract lifecycles.
- • Manage contract modifications, task order administration, and contract close-out processes for government and commercial agreements.
- • Assist in the identification, development, and implementation of new contract policies and processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
- • Provide contractual guidance and risk mitigation strategies to internal stakeholders across business and engineering teams.
- • Collaborate closely with legal, proposal, and program leadership teams to ensure alignment on contractual obligations and deliverables.
- • Support the issuance of RFPs and manage Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements.
- • Ensure adherence to all government regulations, legal requirements, and internal company policies across all contract types.
- • Cultivate and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with internal and external customers to facilitate smooth contract execution.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, government, or a related field
- • Experience with full life cycle contract management for CPFF, FFP, and T&M government and commercial contracts
- • Strong working knowledge of U.S. Government contracting including FAR and DFARS
- • U.S. Person status required to access export controlled data
- • Able to obtain and hold a U.S. Secret security clearance
- • Willing to work in Atlanta, GA or Huntsville, AL (not remote)
