📋 Description

• Execute full life cycle contract management for CPFF, FFP, T&M government and commercial contracts.
• Support preparation and management of proposal development for government and commercial contracts.
• Conduct contract review, acceptance, and compliance verification in accordance with FAR and DFARS regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive audit files for each contract, including original agreements, correspondence, modifications, amendments, payment schedules, and deliverables.
• Prepare and deliver contract summaries and briefings to program managers and executive leadership throughout contract lifecycles.
• Manage contract modifications, task order administration, and contract close-out processes for government and commercial agreements.
• Assist in the identification, development, and implementation of new contract policies and processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Provide contractual guidance and risk mitigation strategies to internal stakeholders across business and engineering teams.
• Collaborate closely with legal, proposal, and program leadership teams to ensure alignment on contractual obligations and deliverables.
• Support the issuance of RFPs and manage Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements.
• Ensure adherence to all government regulations, legal requirements, and internal company policies across all contract types.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with internal and external customers to facilitate smooth contract execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, government, or a related field
• Experience with full life cycle contract management for CPFF, FFP, and T&M government and commercial contracts
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. Government contracting including FAR and DFARS
• U.S. Person status required to access export controlled data
• Able to obtain and hold a U.S. Secret security clearance
• Willing to work in Atlanta, GA or Huntsville, AL (not remote)
