- • The Coordinator, Account Management role supports the Operations Team by providing administrative, operational, and clerical assistance to Account Executives and the Price Transparency/No Surprises Act (PTT/NSA) Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and client service delivery.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling calls and correspondence, preparing meeting materials, maintaining CRM data in the PARA Data Editor (PDE), supporting client audits, and contributing to process improvements and knowledge sharing.
