Coordinator, Deal Desk

📋 Description

• • As a Coordinator on the Deal Desk team at Amplify Education, you will play a critical role in supporting the Sales team by ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer quotes, pricing approvals, and deal documentation. Your work directly enables sales efficiency and helps close deals faster, contributing to Amplify’s mission of delivering high-quality K–12 educational solutions to over 15 million students nationwide.
• • Day to day, you will monitor and manage the quote approval queue, respond to approval requests via the shared Deal Desk inbox, coordinate with Sales, Legal, Product, Contracts, and Go To Market teams for pricing reviews, and create and maintain deal briefs, proposal summaries, and special pricing documentation using established templates. You will also assist in organizing payment plan requests and keeping Deal Desk resources up to date for stakeholders.
