Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the operational heartbeat of Noodle’s demand-generation engine. As Coordinator, Digital Marketing you will sit at the intersection of media planning, analytics, and finance—ensuring every paid campaign and affiliate partnership launches on time, tracks flawlessly, and reconciles to the penny. Your meticulous coordination frees strategists to focus on growth while giving university partners confidence that their brands are represented accurately and efficiently across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and a fast-growing affiliate network.
- • Affiliate Channel Coordination – Serve as the day-to-day contact for 25+ affiliate partners. Maintain a living library of insertion orders, creative assets, tracking links, and compliance documentation in Airtable and Google Drive. Monitor daily lead delivery and pacing dashboards; flag under- or over-delivery before it becomes a problem. When a new education blog or influencer joins the program, you will shepherd them through onboarding: collecting W-9s, building tracking links in Impact, and packaging brand-approved banners and copy into a polished launch kit within 48 hours.
- • Campaign Reporting Support – Build and refresh a suite of automated reports that surface performance trends to media planners and university stakeholders. Pull raw data from Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Impact; clean it with spreadsheet formulas and AI assistants; visualize it in Data Studio or Tableau. Deliver a daily pulse check by 9 a.m. ET, a weekly optimization scorecard every Monday, and a monthly wrap-up that ties spend to enrollment outcomes. When anomalies spike—say, CPL jumps 30% overnight—you will triage the issue, document hypotheses, and escalate to senior analysts with clear evidence.
- • Media Billing & Reconciliation – Own the month-end financial close for a $3–5 M annual media budget. Download invoices, match them to insertion orders, and reconcile discrepancies down to the cent in NetSuite. Create a rolling accrual file so finance can forecast cash flow accurately. When a platform double-charges or a credit is missing, you will open tickets, follow up twice weekly, and keep a log until resolved—turning chaos into a clear audit trail.
- • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Participate in Monday stand-ups, Wednesday campaign kickoffs, and Friday retros. Take concise notes, assign owners, and track action items in Asana so nothing slips. Translate technical media jargon into plain English for client success managers, and translate university brand guidelines into pixel-perfect creative specs for designers. Over time you will become the go-to encyclopedia for historical campaign data, vendor contacts, and institutional knowledge.
- • Growth & Learning – This is a launchpad role. You will receive mentorship from senior media strategists, attend weekly lunch-and-learns on topics like GA4 migration and AI prompt engineering, and receive an annual education stipend to pursue certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Tableau). Within 12–18 months, high performers have moved into roles such as Paid Search Specialist or Affiliate Manager.
- • Impact – Your work directly fuels Noodle’s mission to “empower universities to change the world.” Every lead you track, every dollar you reconcile, and every partner you onboard contributes to expanding access to high-quality online education. When enrollment goals are exceeded and students graduate into life-changing careers, you will see your fingerprints on their success.
