- • As a Retail Store Coordinator at HomeSense, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment. This position is vital to maintaining high standards in visual merchandising, customer service, and team performance, directly contributing to store success and brand reputation.
- • Day to day, you will lead and inspire associates by planning and prioritizing tasks, guiding team collaboration, and training staff on service policies and merchandise presentation. You will ensure back-room efficiency, maintain visual standards in key display areas, and support seamless merchandise processing to keep the store running smoothly.
