• • As a Copywriter at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will be the voice of the brand, responsible for transforming transactional messaging into empathetic, relationship-driven communication that builds trust and long-term customer engagement in the car ownership space.
• • Day to day, you will overhaul customer communications across CRM, email, SMS, and in-app copy; collaborate with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams; craft email sequences and push notifications; engage with communities like Reddit; and shape tone of voice for feature launches and organic content.

• • In this role, you will build a brand voice from a blank canvas, define the company’s personality across all organic surfaces, develop expertise in emotionally resonant copy for high-stakes consumer topics, and directly impact customer retention, trust, and lifetime value through human-centered storytelling.
