• • As a Copywriter at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will be the voice of the brand, transforming transactional messaging into empathetic, relationship-driven communication that builds trust and engagement with car owners across email, SMS, in-app copy, and social platforms.
• • Day to day, you will overhaul existing customer communications, craft email sequences and push notifications, write in-app tooltips, engage with users on Reddit, and collaborate with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams to align messaging with user needs and pain points.

• • In this role, you will build the brand voice from scratch, define personality across all organic surfaces, lead creative campaigns (like a $150K car giveaway), own positioning for new products such as GarageGuard, and help cultivate an enduring community by turning complex, stressful topics into human, accessible storytelling.
