- • As a Copywriter & AI Content Systems Designer at Branch Financial, Inc., you will build and tune AI-powered systems that produce high-quality copy at scale, enabling the team to create more content faster without sacrificing brand integrity or regulatory compliance.
- • Your day-to-day will involve designing prompts, refining brand voice guidelines, reviewing AI-generated copy for quality assurance, and writing on-brand content across emails, social media, web pages, product tooltips, B2B materials, and more, while collaborating with designers, marketers, and content strategists.
- • Branch Financial is a remote-first company on a mission to make insurance more accessible through data, technology, and automation, with headquarters in Columbus, Ohio, and additional offices in Missouri and Illinois, fostering a culture of ownership, transparency, and team connection through events like BranchFest.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in AI prompt engineering, scalable content operations, and regulated industry copywriting, while gaining ownership over systems that directly impact customer communication and brand consistency at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrated fluency building AI writing systems such as prompt libraries, custom GPTs, or automated workflows, with the ability to show or describe how you taught AI to write in a specific brand voice.
- • 2 to 4 years of copywriting experience, with a portfolio that may include traditional copy or AI systems work like prompts, custom GPTs, and workflows.
- • Strong editorial instincts and excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to articulate why copy works or doesn’t and adapt to feedback.
- • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- • Comfort working across multiple brands, formats, and audiences simultaneously, with curiosity and a bias toward figuring out how to build systems that don’t yet exist.
