📋 Description

• Edit and review English-language content for grammar, clarity, tone, and brand consistency across digital channels including websites, blogs, and marketing materials.
• Optimize existing and new copy for SEO performance by integrating keywords, meta elements, header structures, and semantic relevance without compromising editorial quality.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s distinctive brand voice and messaging guidelines, collaborating closely with content, marketing, and product teams to maintain uniformity.
• Enhance readability and engagement by restructuring sentences, improving flow, and eliminating jargon or ambiguity while preserving intent and impact.
• Stay current with evolving digital content trends, SEO algorithms, and content automation technologies to inform editorial decisions and improve content outcomes.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of editorial workflows, style guides, and quality control processes to scale content production consistently across teams and platforms.
• Work independently to manage multiple content projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment with minimal supervision.
• Use digital publishing tools and content management systems to upload, format, and publish edited content with attention to technical SEO requirements and platform-specific constraints.
• Analyze content performance metrics to inform iterative improvements, adjusting tone, structure, or keyword usage based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with writers and subject-matter experts to clarify technical details and ensure accuracy in aviation and technology-related content.
• Maintain a high standard of editorial excellence across all output, ensuring consistency in punctuation, capitalization, and style per established guidelines.
• Identify gaps in content strategy and propose editorial solutions that support broader business and brand objectives.
• Proactively suggest process improvements to enhance team efficiency, reduce revision cycles, and improve overall content output quality.
• Participate in feedback loops with cross-functional teams to align editorial priorities with marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Adhere to strict deadlines and quality benchmarks while managing a high volume of content across diverse topics within the tech and aviation industries.
• Ensure all published content complies with SEO best practices, including proper use of internal linking, image alt text, URL structuring, and schema markup where applicable.
• Maintain a repository of approved terminology, brand phrases, and tone references to ensure long-term consistency across global audiences.
• Review competitor content and industry benchmarks to inform editorial strategy and maintain competitive relevance in search rankings.
• Record a video application as a mandatory first step in the hiring process, demonstrating communication skills and attention to detail.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in content writing, editing, and copywriting for English-language publications, agencies, or digital brands.
