• • As a Copywriter specializing in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Advertising at Madhive, you will be instrumental in shaping the online presence of thousands of small and local businesses across the United States and Canada. This pivotal role within our dynamic creative team demands a unique blend of exceptional writing talent, meticulous attention to detail, and the agility to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven production environment.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to craft compelling, high-quality SEM ad copy that drives engagement and achieves campaign objectives for our diverse clientele. You will leverage Madhive’s cutting-edge, proprietary AI-powered SEM tool, which significantly accelerates the ad creation process. However, your expertise will be the crucial element that ensures the accuracy, clarity, compliance, and overall effectiveness of the ad copy through careful editing, rigorous fact-checking, and strategic refinement.
• • This role is designed for an individual who finds satisfaction in producing polished, compliant, and impactful advertising content at scale. You will be tasked with creating complete SEM campaigns, which encompass a variety of ad formats designed to maximize visibility and performance on search engines.
• • Specifically, your campaign creation duties will include developing and optimizing Responsive Search Ads (RSAs), which are dynamic ads that can be tailored to show the most relevant message to customers. You will also be responsible for writing effective Callouts, which are short, punchy phrases that highlight key selling points or offers, and Structured Snippets, which allow you to showcase specific aspects of your business or product catalog. Furthermore, you will create compelling Sitelinks, which direct users to specific pages on a client's website, enhancing user experience and campaign effectiveness.
• • A significant part of your role will involve thorough research and diligent fact-checking. You will be expected to gather and verify business information using a variety of trusted sources, including client websites, platforms like Yelp, and other relevant online resources. This commitment to accuracy is paramount, ensuring that all advertised information is correct and reliable.
• • Maintaining consistent advertising and brand standards across all campaigns is a core expectation. You will need to uphold Madhive's quality benchmarks and client-specific guidelines, even while working at a rapid pace. The ability to balance speed with precision is key to success in this position.
• • On a daily basis, you will aim to complete approximately 6–10 SEM campaigns, consistently maintaining a high standard of quality. This high-volume output requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage your workload efficiently.
