📋 Description

• • The Corporate Counsel will empower Interra Health’s commercial teams with strategic transactional advice and risk management across brands including DoseSpot, RxLink, pVerify, and Arrive Health, playing a critical role in aligning legal strategy with business goals in a fast-growing healthcare technology company.
• • Day to day, the role involves providing expert legal advice on enterprise agreements (NDAs, vendor contracts, BAAs), assessing company decisions for strategic and risk implications, advising on evolving regulatory landscapes, anticipating legal issues, partnering with external counsel and clients, analyzing cross-functional legal-business matters, and tracking regulatory changes to inform executive leadership.
