📋 Description
- • As a Corporate Development Analyst at Brighte Capital Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by working directly with senior leadership including the CEO and CFO on high-impact initiatives that shape the future of the energy transition.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include driving go-to-market opportunities from business case to execution, building financial models that integrate financial and non-financial data, researching new markets and partnerships, and preparing decision-ready presentations and investment memos for senior leadership and board-level discussions.
- • You will also partner with operational teams to develop and maintain commercial models, pressure-test assumptions, translate market trends into strategic insights, and produce management reporting, budget analysis, and scenario modelling to support business planning.

🎯 Requirements
- • Solid experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance, FP&A, or a related role
- • Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Econometrics, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications are a plus
- • Proven ability to build financial models and forecasts that blend financial and non-financial data to support investment decisions
- • Demonstrated proficiency as a deep AI practitioner who builds agents, automations, and tools fluently, using AI as a default operating mode to transform how work gets done
- • Strong project management and delivery mindset with experience managing workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines in dynamic environments
- • Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and confidence in presenting complex findings clearly to senior leaders
