📋 Description

• As a Corporate Events Manager, Expo at Stripe, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of physical experiences across Stripe Sessions and Stripe Tour, focusing on expo and campus-wide activations that showcase products, customer stories, and drive engagement.
• Day to day, you will drive experiential strategy across the event campus, oversee expo design and activations, manage vendor logistics and timelines, coordinate internal teams and global partners, own the run of show for build and live event days, and ensure seamless delivery of sponsor and Stripe-led experiences.
• You will join a team that builds impactful experiences to drive awareness, educate users and prospects, foster community, and deliver high-quality leads to Stripe’s sales team, all in service of Stripe’s mission to increase the GDP of the internet.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in large-scale event strategy, cross-functional leadership, vendor management, and data-driven event optimization, while shaping immersive brand experiences that reach global audiences and advance your career in experiential marketing and event leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years managing and executing tradeshows with a focus on driving attendee engagement and logistics
• Demonstrated leadership skills with strong ability to adapt to changing environments and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proven experience in effective communications and relationship management across internal and external stakeholders
• Superior organizational, project management, written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, including vendor contracts and relationships, while thinking at scale and developing scalable processes
• Data-driven mindset to set goals, measure KPIs, communicate milestones, and showcase event outcomes to stakeholders
