📋 Description
- • Corporate Finance Associate, AI Residency (Part-time) role at Aptura Inc., where you will work directly on improving how Frontier AI handles corporate finance by contributing real-world advisory expertise to train AI models in investment banking and capital markets reasoning.
- • Day to day, you will generate, refine, and evaluate content reflecting corporate finance judgment on transactions such as M&A, fundraising, and strategic advisory mandates, using your experience to shape AI reasoning through structured research projects.
- • Aptura Inc. is founded by ex-Lazard and Partners Group professionals, headquartered in London and San Francisco, and specializes in bridging human financial expertise with AI model training to improve AI reasoning in complex financial domains.
- • In this role, you will gain rare early exposure to how AI labs develop models, deepen your understanding of AI applications in finance, and contribute to cutting-edge research that enhances AI’s ability to reason like a corporate finance professional.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–7 years of experience in corporate finance advisory at a recognized institution (Big 4 Corporate Finance, mid-market advisory, or boutique IB)
- • Associate level with live deal execution experience across M&A, fundraising, or capital raising mandates
- • Strong financial modeling skills (incl. DCF, LBO, comps) and comfort with CIMs, investor materials, and valuation analyses
- • Ability to articulate corporate finance judgment clearly and precisely in writing
