📋 Description

• Corporate Finance Associate, AI Residency (Part-time) at Aptura Inc., where you will work directly on improving how Frontier AI handles corporate finance and gain rare, early exposure to how AI labs develop their models.
• Day to day, you will generate, refine, and evaluate content that reflects how corporate finance professionals think through transactions, including M&A, fundraising, and strategic advisory mandates, contributing your advisory experience to a structured research project aimed at improving AI reasoning in investment banking and capital markets.
• Aptura Inc. is founded by ex-Lazard and Partners Group professionals, headquartered in London and San Francisco, and specializes in bringing real-world finance expertise into AI model training to bridge the gap between human and artificial intelligence.
• In this role, you can deepen your understanding of AI applications in finance, sharpen your ability to translate complex financial judgment into training data for AI systems, and contribute to cutting-edge research at the intersection of corporate finance and artificial intelligence.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in corporate finance advisory at a recognized institution (Big 4 Corporate Finance, mid-market advisory, or boutique IB)
• Associate level with live deal execution experience across M&A, fundraising, or capital raising mandates
• Strong financial modeling skills (incl. DCF, LBO, comps) and comfort with CIMs, investor materials, and valuation analyses
• Ability to articulate corporate finance judgment clearly and precisely in writing
