• • The Corporate Paralegal – Litigation & Regulatory role at Reprise Financial is an individual contributor position responsible for providing litigation and regulatory support in a highly regulated environment, partnering closely with in-house counsel, compliance leaders, and external counsel to assist with litigation matters, regulatory filings, and compliance activities.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting litigation matters throughout the lifecycle, drafting pleadings and motions, assisting with discovery, preparing materials for hearings and depositions, conducting legal and regulatory research, supporting regulatory filings and responses to inquiries, monitoring regulatory developments, and providing general administrative support to the Legal team.
