📋 Description
- • As a Country Performance Analyst at Cabify in Montevideo, you will serve as a critical bridge between corporate strategy and on-the-ground operations, directly influencing the growth and efficiency of the mobility business in Uruguay.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring daily operational KPIs, managing driver incentive campaigns, collaborating on fleet management with a commercial focus, and implementing driver retention initiatives through behavioral analysis and app usage tracking.
- • You will support marketing by adapting campaigns to local Uruguayan context, identifying strategic outdoor advertising points, conducting competitive landscape analyses, and assisting with social media communications, promotions, and local activations.
- • You will partner with the Partnerships team to ensure alliance benefits (e.g., fuel discounts) are effectively communicated and utilized, support demand generation strategies, handle data loading and analysis for partnerships, and contribute to logistical planning for potential geographic expansion within Uruguay.
- • Cabify is building a more sustainable urban mobility ecosystem by reducing private vehicles, promoting greener transport, and optimizing routes — and you will play a hands-on role in advancing this mission through data-informed, action-oriented work in a fast-moving tech environment.
- • You will join a motivated, inclusive team that values flexibility, innovation, and real impact, where your analytical skills and proactive mindset will directly shape how people move across Montevideo and the country.
🎯 Requirements
- • Advanced student or graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- • Strong analytical skills to process data, interpret results, and propose actionable improvements
- • Proficiency in Office Suite or Google Workspace for data handling and reporting
- • Experience in growth, business development, or business intelligence roles within multidisciplinary teams (preferred)
- • Familiarity with Tableau is a plus
- • Prior experience in technology companies is valued
