• • As an integral part of the OurRitual Expert community, you will engage directly with members, providing vital support through virtual Zoom sessions and our intuitive digital platform. Your role will be multifaceted, demanding both clinical expertise and a willingness to embrace innovative therapeutic modalities.
• • You will conduct comprehensive one-on-one sessions with members, meticulously assessing their unique relationship goals and collaboratively designing the most effective educational pathways to address their needs. This involves a deep dive into understanding their challenges and aspirations.
• • A key responsibility will be the thorough review of member questionnaires, emotional check-ins, and journal entries. This detailed analysis is crucial for personalizing care plans, deepening relational insight, and identifying specific areas for therapeutic intervention.
• • You will facilitate both individual and couples therapy sessions, skillfully integrating pre-designed therapeutic materials with the dynamic, real-time relational shifts that occur within sessions.
