- • As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) in the Functional Service Provider (FSP) Business Unit based in Korea, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, safety, and compliance of clinical trials by monitoring study sites and verifying adherence to protocols, regulations, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits (on-site or remote), reviewing source documents and case report forms, verifying informed consent processes, managing investigational product accountability, and maintaining essential documentation such as the Investigator Site File and Trial Master File.
- • You will collaborate with study site personnel, sponsor affiliates, and internal project teams to support subject recruitment, retention, and audit readiness, while adapting quickly to changing priorities and managing site-level activities to meet project timelines and budgets.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (ICH) Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis
- • Proficiency with computers and willingness to embrace new technologies
