- • The Clinical Research Associate II (CRA II) role is critical to ensuring the integrity, safety, and compliance of clinical trials across sites in eastern Germany (Leipzig, Halle, Dresden), directly contributing to the advancement of life-saving therapies by upholding rigorous regulatory and scientific standards.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits (on-site or remote); verifying informed consent processes; reviewing source documents and case report forms; managing investigational product accountability; maintaining Trial Master File and Investigator Site File compliance; resolving queries; supporting recruitment and retention strategies; preparing for meetings and audits; and adapting to evolving project priorities while ensuring adherence to ICH-GCP, local regulations, and company SOPs.
