  • • As a Payroll Specialist II at OneSource Virtual (OSV), you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional payroll processing services to our Managed Payroll customers, ensuring a seamless and accurate experience.
  • • You will be entrusted with managing multiple customer accounts, each with unique deadlines and requirements, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that demands precision and efficiency.
  • • This fully remote position places you within a collaborative customer team, where your primary focus will be supporting specific managed clients, while also contributing to the broader OSV customer base across all service levels as directed by leadership.
  • • Your responsibilities extend beyond routine processing to encompass critical areas such as Workday payroll configuration and comprehensive year-end support, making you an integral part of our client success.
  • • You will serve as the named Specialist for Managed Payroll and Payroll Administrative customers, demonstrating deep expertise and providing dedicated support.
  • • In addition to your primary accounts, you will actively support other OSV payroll, tax, and garnishment customers as the needs of the service team dictate, showcasing your versatility and commitment to client satisfaction.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be managing and responding to customer cases daily, rigorously adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) and maintaining the highest standards of client satisfaction.
  • • You will be the point of contact for internal escalated cases, collaborating with the payroll team and other internal stakeholders to ensure swift and effective resolution.
  • • Your problem-solving skills will be crucial as you manage the timely resolution of customer issues, including expertly handling customer escalations.
  • • You will be responsible for performing and meticulously documenting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any identified issues, and proactively implementing remedial procedures to close any operational gaps.
  • • Leading scheduled weekly, monthly, and quarterly client calls will be a regular duty, providing a platform to build strong client relationships and address ongoing needs.
  • • You will actively participate in new client transition calls and other essential service area discussions, such as tax-related matters, contributing to a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
  • • A significant part of your role involves configuring basic to medium complexity Workday pay components, deductions, and run categories, requiring a strong understanding of the Workday platform.
  • • You will provide essential support for the year-end payroll process, ensuring compliance and accuracy for all clients.
  • • You may also be called upon to assist with special projects, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to broader organizational goals.
  • • You will be tasked with troubleshooting quarter and year-end audit reports, analyzing the findings, and providing clear, actionable recommendations to customers to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • • Meeting and exceeding established quality and production metrics, as well as performance scorecards, will be a key performance indicator for your role.
  • • You will maintain and update essential payroll services support documentation, ensuring that knowledge is captured and accessible for the team.
  • • A collaborative approach is vital; you will work extensively with peers and customer teams to collectively support clients and efficiently resolve requests.
