📋 Description

• The ULS Remote Support Leader, TCA is a technical expert providing remote and on-site support for ultrasound systems across the EAGM zone, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and improving time to repair.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering technical support to field service engineers and customers, utilizing escalation processes, driving cost improvement initiatives, coaching and training field teams, ensuring completion of field modifications, managing CSO closures, and owning product serviceability and reliability through quality trend analysis and program implementation.
• The role operates within GE HealthCare’s global service organization, collaborating closely with regional services, local customer teams, and national support to uphold quality standards and drive continuous improvement in ultrasound service delivery.
• The position offers opportunities to develop leadership and technical expertise in ultrasound systems, influence service quality and efficiency, gain cross-functional experience across EAGM, and contribute to product reliability and customer satisfaction initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical or science field or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of GE Ultrasound modality field service experience, including team leadership
• Knowledge of relevant clinical applications for ultrasound systems
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze issues from multiple perspectives and influence action
• Willingness to travel across the EAGM region for support and training needs
