- • Clear roadblocks for engineering teams, provide contextual guidance, and escalate critical issues with sound judgment and urgency.
- • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders globally to translate customer needs into scalable financial products.
- • Define and drive the technical vision for the GTPN domain, ensuring systems are robust, secure, and capable of supporting global payment and treasury operations.
- • Empathize deeply with customer pain points to design intuitive, high-impact financial products that exceed user expectations.
- • Leverage data as a core decision-making tool to measure product success, identify optimization opportunities, and drive growth initiatives.

- • 10+ years of experience in modern engineering practices with a focus on continuous innovation and high-quality software development
- • Proven leadership experience managing high-performing engineering teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- • Strong technical background in system architecture and software development, with deep understanding of financial systems or payment infrastructure
- • Demonstrated ability to lead product development from concept to launch with data-driven decision-making
- • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for working with global cross-functional teams
- • Empathetic product sense with a track record of designing customer-centric financial solutions
