- • Own the end-to-end Business Intelligence agenda for GSK Türkiye, acting as the single point of accountability for insights, analytics, and data strategy across the Business Development & Licensing (BDL) and Launch Excellence (LeX) portfolios.
- • Lead, coach and scale a high-performing BI squad (analysts, data engineers, visualization specialists) that turns complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs and senior leadership.
- • Architect and execute the annual Launch Excellence roadmap: synchronize cross-functional workstreams (Regulatory, Medical, Commercial, Supply Chain) to guarantee flawless product launches that maximize patient reach and revenue from day one.
- • Design next-generation Go-to-Market (GTM) models for priority brands and therapeutic areas; integrate epidemiology, payer dynamics, competitive intelligence and AI-driven forecasting to identify white-space opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
- • Drive the BDL analytics engine—screen, size and prioritize in- and out-licensing candidates, build valuation models, run scenario simulations and present investment theses to the Türkiye Leadership Team and EMEA regional boards.
- • Govern the full data ecosystem: select and manage syndicated data partners (IQVIA, IQV, local Rx & hospital audits), negotiate contracts, ensure GDPR & local data-privacy compliance, and continuously evaluate emerging AI/ML vendors for competitive advantage.
- • Institutionalize self-service BI across the affiliate: deploy Power BI enterprise dashboards, train business users, set governance standards and automate recurring reports—cutting manual effort by ≥40 % and freeing analysts for higher-value work.
- • Translate strategic questions into analytical hypotheses—run SQL/Python queries on large, messy datasets, apply predictive modeling and machine-learning techniques, and visualize findings in compelling stories that influence C-suite decisions.
- • Champion a culture of evidence-based decision making: run monthly insight forums, publish “BI Spotlight” newsletters, and embed KPI clinics in brand planning cycles to ensure every tactic is measurable, attributable and ROI-positive.
- • Partner closely with Global Digital & Tech teams to pilot cloud data-lake expansions, experiment with real-world evidence (RWE) platforms and integrate omnichannel marketing analytics for personalized HCP engagement.
- • Act as a thought-leader externally: represent GSK Türkiye at local pharma/health-analytics conferences, build relationships with university data-science labs and healthcare start-ups, and position GSK as the employer of choice for top analytical talent.
- • Continuously scan the macro environment (regulatory changes, pricing reforms, epidemiological shifts) and translate external signals into strategic foresight that keeps the Türkiye portfolio two steps ahead of market evolution.
- • Own the BI budget and resource plan; balance internal capability build with selective outsourcing, track ROI of every analytics initiative, and ensure transparent quarterly business reviews with Finance and Commercial Operations.
