• • As a Technical Program Manager at Cape Privacy, you will drive the execution of complex, cross-functional programs critical to enabling core technologies in a privacy-centric cellular network serving Government, Enterprise, and Consumer customers.
• • You will design, implement, and optimize processes to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and ensure seamless integration of technologies across platforms while removing roadblocks and anticipating customer needs.
• • You will join a team of builders from Palantir and Anduril backgrounds, collaborating with top engineers and architects to deliver impact in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment focused on reconciling privacy and national security through technology.
• • In this role, you will empower engineering teams to focus on technical challenges by owning operational complexity, while gaining experience in scaling processes, influencing cross-functional alignment, and delivering high-impact initiatives in a high-growth startup backed by Andreessen Horowitz.
