📋 Description

  • Join DataDome, a rapidly growing SaaS company at the forefront of combating cyber fraud and bot attacks, as an Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) in our vibrant New York City office.
  • Become an integral part of our dynamic Sales team, contributing to the exponential growth that has defined DataDome's success. You'll be joining a global team of 23 Account Executives and BDRs spread across New York, Paris, and Singapore, all united by the mission to acquire new customers.
  • This role is pivotal in driving new business acquisition by engaging with potential enterprise clients, generating qualified leads, and building a robust sales pipeline.
  • You will be the initial point of contact for many prospective customers, responsible for sparking their interest and demonstrating the value of DataDome's cutting-edge bot and fraud protection solutions.
  • Your primary responsibilities will include proactively reaching out to prospects through a multi-channel approach, encompassing cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and strategic social selling.
  • A key aspect of your role will be to identify and engage with key decision-makers within target organizations, understanding their unique challenges and pain points related to online fraud and bot activity.
  • You will be tasked with articulating how DataDome's advanced AI-driven platform can provide significant value and solve critical business problems for these enterprises.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs) and Solution Engineers (SEs) as part of a dedicated "Squad" focused on specific territories, ensuring a seamless handover of qualified leads (SQLs) with comprehensive context.
  • Nurture leads throughout the sales funnel, maintaining engagement until they are fully qualified and ready for a deeper dive with the sales team.
  • Leverage our CRM system, Salesforce, to meticulously manage prospect data, track interactions, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships, working in close partnership with Marketing, Growth, Events, Partnerships, and Account Management teams to amplify our market presence and drive demand generation efforts.
  • Contribute to the strategic development and execution of go-to-market initiatives, aligning your prospecting efforts with broader company objectives.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to the evolving landscape of cyber threats and DataDome's product offerings, staying ahead of the curve in bot management and fraud prevention.
  • Embrace a data-driven approach to your outreach, analyzing campaign performance and refining your strategies for maximum impact.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, sharing insights, best practices, and contributing to a collaborative and high-performing sales culture.
  • Represent DataDome professionally and enthusiastically in all interactions, embodying the company's commitment to innovation and customer success.
  • This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high-growth environment where your contributions directly impact the company's trajectory.
  • You will gain invaluable experience in enterprise sales, working with a sophisticated SaaS product in a critical and rapidly expanding market.
  • The short sales cycle at DataDome means you can expect to see tangible results from your efforts relatively quickly, with opportunities to book meetings within your first three weeks and contribute to deal closures within your first three months.
  • Be prepared to work in a collaborative "Squad" structure, aligning with AEs and SEs to conquer defined territories and achieve shared revenue goals.
  • Your success will be measured by your ability to generate high-quality meetings and contribute to the overall sales pipeline, playing a crucial role in DataDome's continued market leadership.
