  • This role demands a proactive and collaborative approach, requiring close partnership with leaders across key departments including Operations, Technology, Corporate Development, and other functional teams. Your primary objective will be to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that directly support the company's growth objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to the long-term strategic vision.

  • **Financial Modeling & Forecasting:**
  • Design, develop, and continuously refine intricate financial models to underpin long-term strategic planning, facilitate comprehensive scenario analysis, and support critical investment decisions.
  • Contribute significantly to the development of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts, ensuring strict alignment with overarching company strategy and operational targets.
  • Conduct in-depth scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to equip leadership with the foresight needed for effective decision-making in various business conditions.
  • **Annual Planning & Strategic Finance:**
  • Collaborate closely with finance leadership to provide essential support for the annual budgeting and strategic planning processes.
  • Engage with business leaders to define financial targets, develop resource allocation plans, and prioritize strategic investments.
  • Ensure a cohesive alignment between departmental financial plans and the company's overarching financial objectives.
  • **Financial Analysis & Insights:**
  • Perform rigorous analysis of financial performance, identify emerging trends, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Conduct detailed variance analysis across key metrics including revenue, costs, and operational performance indicators.
  • Develop sophisticated reporting packages and intuitive dashboards that empower business leaders to effectively monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • **Business Partnership:**
  • Serve as a dedicated finance partner to cross-functional teams, guiding leaders in understanding financial performance and optimizing business outcomes.
  • Actively support cost optimization initiatives and provide financial evaluations for new business opportunities.
