  • As a Manager, People Partnering at Ddome Inc., you will be a pivotal leader within the dynamic DataDome People team, a group of 7 dedicated professionals committed to fostering a Culture of Excellence. This team is instrumental in attracting top talent, onboarding new employees, and ensuring a supportive, engaging, and growth-oriented experience for all "BotBusters" throughout their tenure.
  • You will play a crucial role in the development and management of an international team of 200 "BotBusters," blending strategic HR partnership with a philosophy of "Care & Challenge" to empower teams and enable them to thrive. Your work will directly impact the employee lifecycle and contribute to the company's ambitious growth trajectory.
  • This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams located in both France and the United States, requiring a nuanced understanding of international HR practices and cultural dynamics.
  • Reporting directly to the VP People, you will serve as a trusted advisor and coach to business leaders and managers, ensuring a strong alignment between overarching business objectives and effective people strategies.
  • You will be instrumental in driving key initiatives across performance management, organizational development, and change management, all aimed at cultivating a caring, high-performing, and inclusive culture that aligns with DataDome's core values.
  • A significant aspect of your role will be to manage the internal People Operations / People Partner team, which is comprised of three individuals based in France and the US, providing leadership, guidance, and support to this critical function.
  • In your HR Partnership capacity, you will collaborate closely with employees and managers to deeply understand their business goals and translate these into actionable people initiatives. You will partner with the VP People and senior management on strategic organizational design, ensuring that the company's structure effectively supports evolving business needs.
  • You will lead the rollout of individual development plans, working in tandem with the People Ops/People Partner team to foster employee growth and skill enhancement. Preparing well-reasoned justifications for hiring needs, leveraging people data and insights, will be essential for informed decision-making.
  • A key responsibility will be to analyze critical HR metrics, including attrition rates, employee survey results, and other key performance indicators, to identify trends and drive targeted actions that improve the employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
  • Regarding Culture, Employee Experience & Engagement, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative initiatives designed to boost employee engagement and retention. This includes actively monitoring and enhancing the overall employee experience through regular surveys, robust feedback loops, and the development of comprehensive action plans.
  • You will champion and maintain a strong feedback culture across the organization, ensuring transparent and consistent HR communication to all teams. A significant part of your role will involve animating and strengthening the middle-management and broader manager community through targeted coaching, training programs, and co-development sessions.
  • In Performance Management & Talent Development, you will partner with various teams to identify and address critical skills gaps, ensuring the workforce is equipped for current and future challenges. You will actively support internal mobility, promotions, and the development of career path frameworks for diverse departments such as Sales, Product, and Solution & Services.
  • Succession planning and leadership development will be key areas of focus, ensuring a strong pipeline of future leaders within the company. You will also contribute significantly to the performance management process, including the effective setting of individual and team goals.
  • Within HR Programs & Compliance, you will play a role in deploying AI-powered HR processes, focusing on design and implementation to drive efficiency and standardize processes globally, particularly in areas like payroll. You will co-create and assist in rolling out company-wide HR initiatives and policies, ensuring they are effectively communicated and adopted.
  • A continuous improvement mindset is crucial as you ensure our People systems, tools, initiatives, processes, and policies, including our HRIS, remain responsive to evolving business needs. You will provide expert advice, ensure strict compliance with employment laws and internal policies, and support the investigation and resolution of complex employee relations cases.
  • You will also contribute to fostering a fair and competitive compensation and benefits approach, ensuring DataDome remains an attractive employer.
  • The role requires a proactive and strategic approach to HR, focusing on building strong relationships, driving impactful initiatives, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment for all "BotBusters."
