- • As a Bid Manager at NICE Cognigy, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by leading the end-to-end bid lifecycle for large, complex enterprise deals in the AI-powered customer service space. Your work directly impacts revenue generation by transforming customer requirements into compelling, compliant, and winning proposals that position NICE Cognigy as a trusted partner in digital transformation.
- • Day to day, you will analyze tender and RFP documents to deeply understand customer needs, evaluation criteria, and compliance requirements; coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, legal, finance, product, and technical experts to gather inputs and align on solution architecture; organize and facilitate bid workshops and internal reviews to ensure alignment, clarity, and accountability; manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to guarantee on-time, on-budget submission of high-quality offers; ensure all customer-facing documents are accurate, consistent, and adhere to internal governance frameworks; contribute to knowledge capture and process improvement by documenting lessons learned and refining bid templates, checklists, and best practices; and support continuous enhancement of bid quality through proactive identification of gaps and implementation of QA standards.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in bid management, proposal management, or a similar role within a complex B2B or enterprise technology environment
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex tender and RFP documents to extract customer requirements, evaluation criteria, and compliance obligations
- • Excellent organizational and stakeholder management abilities, with confidence in coordinating cross-functional teams under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and alignment
- • Structured, detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality assurance, process adherence, and documentation excellence
- • Fluency in German (written and spoken); additional languages are considered a valuable asset for supporting international bids
