- • The Associate Director, Product Management for the Clinical Trial Financial Suite (CTFS) provides senior product leadership for a SaaS-based platform supporting contracting workflows across clinical trials, ensuring successful launch, rollout, and adoption of the Contracting module.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning product strategy and roadmap for the Contracting module, leading launch readiness activities, translating complex clinical and financial requirements into epics and user stories, managing cross-functional dependencies, and overseeing end-to-end product execution from discovery to post-launch optimization.
- • The role partners closely with engineering, design, services, compliance, operations, marketing, and sales teams to align product initiatives with strategic priorities and ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and compliant SaaS solutions.
- • The person in this role will develop deep expertise in clinical trial contracting workflows, gain experience leading enterprise SaaS product launches in regulated industries, and drive measurable business and customer value through innovation, including AI-enabled capabilities, while advancing leadership in product management within a global healthcare intelligence leader.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- • 7–10+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business systems roles for SaaS products.
- • Demonstrated experience leading delivery of complex, cross-functional product initiatives.
- • Strong ability to translate ambiguous business and financial problems into structured, executable product solutions.
- • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with engineering teams.
- • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
