  • • Own the top-of-funnel engine that powers Energage’s Top Workplaces program. You will identify, research, and qualify hundreds of prospective organizations each month, turning cold leads into enthusiastic participants who want to be recognized as employers of choice.
  • • Build laser-focused prospect lists by mining LinkedIn, industry databases, press releases, and news alerts to surface companies that fit our ideal customer profile—growth-minded employers with 50–5,000 employees who care about culture and employer branding.
  • • Craft hyper-personalized outreach sequences (email, phone, video, social) that speak directly to each prospect’s pain points—high turnover, recruiting challenges, or the need to stand out in a tight labor market—and clearly map how the Top Workplaces award and insights platform solves those problems.
  • • Run disciplined discovery calls that uncover budget, authority, need, and timeline; you will ask sharp questions, listen actively, and translate what you hear into concise, compelling notes that Account Executives can use to accelerate the close.
  • • Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene in HubSpot: log every touchpoint, update lead scores, set next steps, and build dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health and conversion rates.
  • • Collaborate daily with Account Executives on account strategy—passing fully qualified opportunities, co-creating custom decks, and occasionally joining late-stage calls to provide continuity and reinforce value.
  • • Experiment relentlessly: A/B test subject lines, call openers, and LinkedIn voice notes; share wins and failures in weekly “growth huddles” so the entire go-to-market team gets smarter, faster.
  • • Hit and exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities (currently 35 per month) while keeping lead quality scores above 85% and average deal size trending upward.
  • • Champion the voice of the prospect back to Product and Marketing—surface objections, feature requests, and competitive intel so we can sharpen positioning and roadmap priorities.
  • • Represent Energage at virtual conferences, webinars, and the occasional in-person event, telling the Top Workplaces story with energy and authenticity to audiences of HR leaders and C-suite executives.
  • • Contribute to a culture-first remote team: jump on quick Zoom “power hours” to smash call blocks together, celebrate closed-won deals in Slack with custom emojis, and mentor new hires once you’re ramped.
  • • Grow your career: top performers earn fast-track promotions to Senior Participation Specialist, then Team Lead, with clear comp increases and equity upside at each step.
