- • Lead Product Manager, Growth role at Hims & Hers Health, Inc. focused on owning the end-to-end consumer experience for a new proactive healthcare product from 0-to-1 launch.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning the consumer journey from discovery to engagement, partnering with engineering and design to integrate AI into core experiences, leading product ideation through launch, collaborating with clinical teams on safety and education, and shaping scalable roadmaps while driving efficiency in a fast-growing environment.
- • Hims & Hers is a public health and wellness platform (NYSE: HIMS) redefining healthcare through affordable, accessible, and personalized care, with a mission to normalize health challenges and improve outcomes via innovation.
- • In this role, you will define and build a new product vertical, gain deep experience in AI-native product development, influence long-term scalability, and ship impactful features that drive meaningful business and customer outcomes in a mission-driven, remote-first culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in Product Management working with cross-functional teams
- • Experience in consumer-oriented product roles, with health, wellness, or 0-to-1 product experience as a plus
- • Strong point of view on how AI can reshape consumer healthcare and excitement to build it into the core product
- • Fluency working with AI agents and building AI-native workflows and systems
- • Track record of building and shipping products that customers love and drive meaningful business impact
- • Strategic and tactical experience designing, building, and executing scalable processes from scratch, ideally in operations-intensive environments
