  • • Audit a sample of credential reviews conducted by ShiftKey’s Operations team and third-party vendors to verify accurate validation and entry of healthcare professionals’ credentials into company systems.
  • • Produce weekly reports identifying recurring errors and trends, categorized by credential type and individual reviewer performance.
  • • Translate audit findings into actionable insights to guide coaching conversations between managers and team leads.
  • • Provide tailored recommendations to regional Credentialing Leads for improving processes, training materials, and operational workflows.
  • • Assist in training new hires on credentialing standards and audit procedures.
  • • Respond to time-sensitive audit requests and participate in special projects as needed.
  • • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards by meticulously reviewing credential documentation for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory alignment.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Credentialing teams to identify systemic issues and propose scalable solutions.
  • • Maintain detailed documentation of audit results, corrective actions, and follow-up outcomes for internal review and compliance purposes.
  • • Monitor credentialing quality metrics over time to detect emerging risks or degradation in review accuracy.
  • • Communicate findings clearly and persuasively to non-technical stakeholders to drive behavioral and procedural change.
  • • Uphold confidentiality and data integrity when handling sensitive healthcare professional information.
  • • Adapt audit methodologies as credentialing policies or regulatory requirements evolve within the healthcare staffing industry.
  • • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by actively participating in process refinement sessions and feedback loops.
  • • Work primarily remotely with encouraged in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Warsaw’s PowiĹ›le district to support team engagement.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2 years of experience in a similar role with proven ability to plan, conduct, and document quality audits.
  • • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • • A sharp eye for detail and a natural instinct for spotting patterns in data.
  • • Comfort working in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to organize and present findings.
  • • Strong communication skills — ability to translate data into stories that drive action.
  • • Familiarity with healthcare or tech industry environments is a big plus.
