- • Shape the future of how the world's biggest Salesforce teams build, protect, and innovate by leading product strategy for Flosum’s 100% Salesforce-native DevSecOps, data, and security platform.
- • Set the North Star by crafting a bold, multi-year product vision aligned with Salesforce’s evolution, including Agentforce and Data Cloud, while owning the full product lifecycle from concept to launch for capabilities like Git-based version control, AI-assisted code review, and zero-trust security.
- • Build and lead a world-class product organization across DevOps, data management, and security — recruiting, mentoring, and inspiring a team that customers and engineers trust and champion.
- • Obsess over customers by deeply understanding the pain points and ambitions of admins, developers, release managers, and CISOs, turning insights into products that drive ARR growth, expand relationships, and cement Flosum as the AppExchange leader.
- • Stay ahead of every Salesforce release, turning platform updates into strategic advantages through native integration and proactive innovation.
- • Partner with marketing, sales, success, and AppExchange/SI partners to transform product excellence into market dominance and category leadership.
- • Report directly to the CEO and operate at the intersection of strategy and execution — painting 5-year visions while shipping impactful features every quarter.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of product leadership experience, including 3+ years building and leading product management teams.
- • Deep Salesforce expertise — native understanding of metadata, governor limits, deployment challenges, and enterprise use cases in regulated industries.
- • Proven track record shipping DevOps, ALM, data protection, or security products that customers love and adopt at scale.
- • Strong strategic and operational balance — ability to define long-term vision and execute tactically with high velocity.
- • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — comfortable engaging customers, executives, analysts, and boards.
- • Proven ability to attract, mentor, and retain top product talent as a team builder and people leader.
