- • The CRA II/SCRA role at Syneos Health is critical to ensuring the integrity, safety, and compliance of clinical trials by monitoring study sites and verifying adherence to protocols, regulations, and SOPs.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits (on-site or remote), verifying informed consent processes, reviewing source documents and case report forms, managing investigational product handling, maintaining essential documentation, and supporting audit readiness.
- • You will join Syneos Health’s Clinical Solutions team, a global leader in integrated life sciences services, collaborating with passionate problem solvers to accelerate drug development and improve patient outcomes across diverse therapeutic areas.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in clinical monitoring, regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP, GPP), and real-world evidence studies, while developing leadership potential through training junior staff and contributing to study success in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
- • Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies
- • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis
