- • The CRA II/SCRA I role is critical to ensuring the integrity, safety, and compliance of clinical trials, directly contributing to the development of life-saving therapies by monitoring study sites and safeguarding patient data.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include performing site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits (on-site or remote), verifying informed consent processes, reviewing source documents and case report forms, managing investigational product accountability, maintaining site files, and supporting audit readiness.
- • You will join Syneos Health’s Clinical Solutions team, a global leader in integrated life sciences services, collaborating with passionate problem solvers across Functional Service Provider and Full-Service environments to accelerate drug development and commercialization.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in ICH-GCP, regulatory compliance, and clinical trial operations while gaining hands-on experience in real-world late-phase studies, site management, and cross-functional collaboration with sponsors and medical science liaisons—positioning you for advancement into senior CRA or site management roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
- • Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies
- • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis
